Specifically, the case of Yakutia, where the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) sends documents for approval to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, will be examined. The article also investigates various courier and postal services and proposes optimal delivery routes to reduce delivery time.
